05. Chat Management


As a host, you can now enable the "Interactive Chat Feature" for your speakers presentations.  You can activate one and not another.  You can allow a chat to be visible or not visible, block users etc. The other option is to set it only to visible and not active so attendees can only see it but they cannot comment on it. This is all done inside the speaker's presentation.

In the left menu inside Schedule is where you will manage the comments that happen during each presentation. It is important that you join each individual chat for each session in order to be able to see the comments. You can do this just by clicking on each presentation chat and hit join.
